When Paychex was ready to roll out a new enterprise product for mid-to-large businesses, they reached out to Belmondo for help in developing a new brand.
Over the course of two months, our in-house market research team worked with Paychex to develop the goals and requirements for the new brand. Belmondo developed a research approach that would allow the team to develop and test branding concepts with recruits in target markets.
Our innovative use of video storytelling allowed us to position the market research quickly and coherently, speeding along the executive review and allowing us to fine-tune the branding based upon feedback.
